Jurgita is a leadership coach and facilitator with 20 years of HR experience in international public and private sector organizations around the world, from startups to publicly listed companies and governmental bodies (e.g. European Parliament). She most recently served as the head of HR for EMEA in a global technology company. Jurgita holds a master’s degree in public administration and a post-graduate diploma in business administration. A Lithuanian national who has lived in eight countries over the past 20 years, Jurgita identifies as a global citizen.
