Dr. Ferris consults in organizational\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW266607358 BCX0\">development, and<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW266607358 BCX0\"> received her Coaching Certificate from Rutgers University.
