In our fast-paced world, where change is constant, your contact details may <\/span>change<\/span>. <\/span>Your interests may evolve. <\/span>Or your email provider may push through updates that make it more difficult to find emails from ICF. Regularly reviewing and updating your <\/span>email address and <\/span>preferences<\/span><\/a> empowers you to stay fully connected with the latest happenings and to maximize your opportunities within our global ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure you <\/span>continue to <\/span>receive emails from ICF, it is good practice to periodically complete the following steps:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 1: Whitelist ICF.\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

To ensure that you receive all important emails, please add the following to your email\u2019s whitelist\/safelist:<\/p>\n

  1. ac.coachingfederation.org<\/li>\n
  2. coachingfederation.org<\/li>\n
  3. sg.coachingfederation.org<\/li>\n
  4. connectedcommunity.org<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Whitelisting an email address is different for each email provider. For instructions for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Comcast, click here<\/a>. If you’re unsure how to whitelist an email address using your email provider, use your preferred search engine and type “how to whitelist an email address in [insert your email provider].”<\/p>\n

    STEP 2: Review Your Information in Your ICF Profile.\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

    To view and update the contact information in your ICF Profile (specifically your email address), do the following:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Visit coachingfederation.org and click \u201cSign In\u201d in the top right-hand corner. If you are already signed in, your name will appear in its place.<\/li>\n
    2. Click your name.<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0On the left side of the page, click on the “Access Profile” button. This will redirect you to your ICF Profile.<\/li>\n
    4. If the email address is incorrect or not one you use, click \u201cEdit Contact Info\u201d in the left menu box. Go to \u201cMy Email Addresses,\u201d click \u201cEdit,\u201d update the email address, then click \u201cSave.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      STEP 3: Manage Your Opt-In Status and Subscriptions\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

      While in your ICF profile, you can also check and update your opt-in status regarding the European Union\u2019s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),\u00a0 To check:<\/p>\n

      1. Choose “Privacy and Contact Preferences” from the “My Account Links” menu box on the right side of the page in your ICF profile.<\/li>\n
      2. To opt-in, make sure you click “Yes, I opt-in…,” then click “Save.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In addition to <\/span><\/span><\/span>reviewing your opt-in status, you can also manage your ICF email subscriptions to ensure you are receiving the content you are interested in. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Simply fill out the form below.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
