The HOA Board met via email and determined there were no current issues to discuss at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Due to recent COVID-19 concerns, the Board voted 5-0 to waive the in-person 2021 Annual Meeting.
Sandra Quinn emailed all the homeowners to advise there will be no in-person 2021 Annual Meeting. All homeowners were given until October 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to contact a Board Member with any issues he/she may want the Board to address. In the event no issues are brought to the Board’s attention, there will be no 2021 Annual Meeting.
If there are any issues brought to the Board, the Board will address the issue via email and move forward as needed.
